Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & RETURNS:

Orders are processed in two business days not including holidays. Orders placed 12PM or later will be treated as if they came in the next business day.  Shipping carrier choices are UPS or USPS. 

If you would like an order rushed please email customerservice@thecarecollectiveco.com. This is not guaranteed. 

 

 

To be eligible for a return, it must be within 14 days of order receipt and your item must be in the same condition that you received it.


To start a return you can contact us at customerservice@thecarecollectiveco.com. If your return is accepted you are responsible for the return postage and will not be refunded for initial shipping costs. 

 

If your item arrived damaged please contact customerservice@thecarecollectiveco.com with photos.
